Shipping & Returns
Our postage rate includes all packaging and handling fees. All the delivery services used require a signature. We reserve the right to use other courier services.
Regrettably we are unable to deliver to PO boxes.
We aim to process and post all orders by the end of the next working day, in busy times it may take slightly longer.
In certain circumstances it may be necessary for us to split your order into separate deliveries in order that you receive your purchases as swiftly as possible. We do not charge any extra if we decide to do this.
Once we have dispatched the products we are unable to cancel any orders.
We will send your orders to delivery addresses stated at the time of ordering, please ensure the address is correct when placing an order. Incorrect addresses may delay your order.
If different to your registered address PLEASE get in contact with us.
What Happens Next:
We will inform you when the items have been sent with a Dispatch Notice
Your order will usually arrive within 3-5 working days of the shipping date

Orders deliveries are
UK - £3.50 per Order (any 1 or more items)
Ireland - £4.99 per Order (any 1 or more items)
Unfortunately we don't deliver overseas but can arrange if requested with a quote.
If, in the rare event that you do receive an incorrect or faulty order, please notify us immediately. Due to hygiene considerations we cannot accept returns of earrings or other pierced type jewellery that has been worn unless there is a fault with the item.
Returns and Refund Policy
In the event that any order is incorrect, it must be notified to us within 7 (seven) days after delivery.
In the case of incorrect orders, the products shall be returned to us and we shall redeliver the correct order at our own cost.
If any products are faulty or defective, they must be returned to us within 1 (one) month of delivery. At our own discretion, we shall replace or repair the products free of charge and redeliver them at our own cost, or shall provide a refund of the price paid by you. In the event of replacement of any products, the products returned to us shall become our property. This specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. Should your product develop a fault within a first seven days of purchase you many return your goods for a full refund providing you return the unit and any packaging in the same condition as supplied. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.
If we elect to refund you rather than provide a replacement or repair for faulty or defective products, or we are unable to replace any faulty or defective product, the products must be returned to us, at our cost, and shall become our property.
All items are opened and checked for damage so none leave us in a broken state. We will refund replace any packages that go missing but not until Royal Mail have refunded us. (Please note this is 28 Days from date of Delivery)
We only refund product cost and not shipping/packing costs.
If a package arrives damaged contact us as soon as possible, retain the original packaging as this is required for a royal mail claim and will have to be sent back to us along with the broken item.
On very rare occasions, packages are returned to us as undeliverable.
We will attempt to re-ship orders that are returned to us .We will contact you again to check the address is correct.
If an item goes missing we will need to wait 28 days before we can re-deliver replacement item (this is down to Royal Mail & Claims)
