  • 2 - Can you see our Card Details:

    No..  We use external trusted payment methods like PayPal. With our on site payment method we do not see your details so you can shop with confidence on our site.

    Pewter World's website is fully SSL enabled to ensure your security and safety while shopping with us.

  • 3 - Do you give our Details Away:
    Absolutely NO.We only share your details with suppliers and they will not contact you .But we may contact you from time to time when the need arises

  • 4 - What are you postage rates:

    Postage to the UK starts from £4.50 per order.We can deliver to other countries but will need to quote for delivery first

  • 5 - Why is your first class delivery so expensive
    Unfortunately this is the price we are charged by our suppliers for next day delivery

  • 6 - Why do some products take so long to be dispatched
    Some of our products are sent directly from factories and when they are busy items can take longer to make and dispatch.Although we do do our best to get your item out as soon as possible.

  • 7 - I heard Pewter is not safe to use

    All pewter used to make our products are lead free and safe for daily use.. All we ask is you do not place our pewter in dish washers they can can discolour and damage the pewter

  • 8 - Do you do back orders?
    Yes we can do back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like to wait for product to return to stock or replace with another item.

  • 9 - How can I write a review on a product?

    If you have purchased a product you can either go to

    1. Your account and click on My Reviews tab ,or
    2. Find the product you purchased and click on the reviews tab
    3. Wait for the review email to arrive in your inbox and follow instructions.
    4. Or you can contact us and we can help you with a review
  • 10 - I tried to check out with the item in my shopping cart but I get no where or I am getting error messages

    I am sorry this is happening to you. If you find you are unable to sign up or checkout please get in contact with us and we can help you to get though the process

  • 11 - When placing an order I get an error message that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?
    Please double check the credit card number and expiration date and other information on your card,as any incorrect details may decline your card from working.Or try using another card if you are able to as due to security some cards may fail.. If all else fails please Contact Us and we can arrange an alternative payment method

  • 12 - Want to download an invoice?
    Please log into your account here and you can find your invoices under Order History.
    Click on PDF and it should open up with adobe acrobat.
    Any issues please get in contact and we can send you a printed copy

  • 13 - I need to add something else to my order
    Please get in touch as soon as possible and we'll do our best to get it added before order is shipped.

    1. Let us know the order number and product you want to add
    2. We'll send a PayPal invoice to cover the cost of the item as soon as we can
    3. Item will be added to order once payment is received
    4. There may be a delay in posting your order when it is time for dispatch

  • 14 - Do you ship to other countries
    We don't normally ship to other countries due to the expense of shipping .. We can however supply a quote for products required and shipping costs Please get in contact to arrange this
